Introduction

SeekerDesire.com is an adult classifieds directory serving India.

We built SeekerDesire ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to give independent adult service providers a clean, organised space to list their profiles — and to give visitors a straightforward way to browse those listings. That's it. Think of us as the noticeboard, not the people posting on it.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and SeekerDesire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The moment you open this website or use any of our apps (we call all of it the "Platform"), you're telling us you've read these Terms, understood them, and agreed to follow them. If that doesn't sit right with you, please close the page and don't use the service.

We don't arrange meetings. We don't handle payments between users. We don't manage anyone's services. Every conversation and every arrangement happens directly between the visitor and the independent provider — we're not in the middle of it.

The purpose of this document is simple: set clear expectations, spell out the rules, and make sure everyone using SeekerDesire does so in a safe and legally sound way.

Acceptance of Terms

By using SeekerDesire, you're agreeing to everything on this page as well as our Privacy Policy. We'll update these Terms from time to time — sometimes because a law changes, sometimes because we've added a new feature or adjusted how something works. When that happens, the updated version goes live on the site. If you keep using the platform after an update, that counts as your acceptance of the new terms. For anything major, we'll flag it prominently so you don't miss it.

Who Can Use SeekerDesire

You must be 18 or older. No exceptions. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, that higher number applies to you. By accessing SeekerDesire, you're confirming that you meet this requirement and that you're legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Minors are not permitted on this platform under any circumstances. Content that involves or depicts anyone under 18 — whether profiles, photos, or messages — is absolutely forbidden. If we discover it, we remove it on the spot, delete the account, and report it to law enforcement. There is zero tolerance here.

Beyond age, you're also expected to follow every applicable local, state, and national law while you're on SeekerDesire.

What We Do (and Don't Do)

SeekerDesire is a directory. A digital billboard, really. We give advertisers a space to post, and we give visitors a way to browse. Here's what we are not:

• We're not an agency, and we don't provide any personal services ourselves.
• We're not a party to any deal, meeting, or payment that happens between a visitor and an advertiser.
• We don't run background checks, verify anyone's identity, or vouch for the quality or safety of any listing.

Advertisers run their own show. They write their own profiles, set their own prices, and manage their own communications. If you choose to contact someone or meet them, that decision — and everything that comes with it — is yours. We take no responsibility for outcomes that result from using this directory.

Your Account

Some parts of SeekerDesire require you to create an account. When you do, give us real, accurate information — and keep it up to date. Your login credentials are your responsibility. Don't share them, don't reuse a password you've already had compromised, and understand that anything that happens under your account is on you. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately.

Listings & Advertisements

If you're an independent provider posting on SeekerDesire, your listing is entirely your responsibility — the photos, the descriptions, the contact info, the pricing, all of it. Every ad needs to comply with these Terms and with Indian law.

We can review, edit, decline, or pull any listing at any time if we believe it breaks our rules. We don't owe prior notice before doing so, though we'll try to be reasonable about it.

What's Not Allowed

This list isn't exhaustive, but it covers the things we take most seriously. The following are banned on SeekerDesire — full stop:

• Anything involving minors. Any form of child sexual abuse material or exploitation of a person under 18 is reported to law enforcement immediately, without exception.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activity — forced labour, trafficking, fraud, violence, or any sexual act without consent.
• Sharing someone's private or intimate images without their clear, documented permission.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or defamation aimed at any individual or group.
• Spam, fake profiles, misleading ads, or pretending to be someone you're not.
• Advertising illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, or anything else that's unlawful to sell.
• Content that infringes on someone's intellectual property, violates their privacy, or breaks Indian law — including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

If we confirm a violation, the account gets suspended or permanently banned, the content comes down, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement wherever the law requires it. See something that shouldn't be here? Please report it.

Advertiser Duties

Posting an ad on SeekerDesire means you agree to the following:

• You're an independent, consenting adult, and whatever you're offering is lawful.
• Every piece of content you publish — text, images, everything — is truthful and legally permitted.
• You treat people with professionalism and respect their boundaries and consent at all times.
• Your taxes, licences, and business compliance are your own concern. We're not your accountant or your legal adviser.

How to Behave

Treat people on this platform the way you'd want to be treated. Be respectful in your interactions — whether through messages on the site or in person. If a dispute arises between you and an advertiser (or another user), that's between the two of you. We don't get involved, and we're not liable for it.

Stalking, harassment, threats, and intimidation are grounds for immediate removal. Don't do it — not to other users, not to advertisers, not to our team.

Payments & Refunds

Certain features — boosted placement, premium listings, and so on — come with a fee. Once you pay, it's final. We don't offer refunds unless we've put something different in writing for a specific case. If we change our pricing, we'll give active account holders fair notice before the new rates kick in.

Payments are processed through third-party gateways. If a transaction fails or gets charged incorrectly on their end, that's between you and the payment provider — we can't fix what we don't control.

Our Intellectual Property

The SeekerDesire brand — our design, logos, trademarks, code, and original content — belongs to SeekerDesire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (or our licensors, where applicable). You can't copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it without written permission from us.

When you upload a profile, photos, or text to the directory, you're giving us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content for the purposes of running and promoting the platform. You still own your content; we just need the right to show it.

Your Privacy

We take your data seriously. How we collect, store, and handle your personal information is laid out in our Privacy Policy, which is legally part of these Terms. It covers what data we gather, why, what rights you have over it, and how to reach us if something concerns you. We'd strongly recommend reading it.

Disclaimers

SeekerDesire is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't make promises — express or implied — that the site will be perfectly suited to your needs, free of errors, or always online. Technology breaks sometimes, and while we work hard to keep things running smoothly, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

We also can't promise the platform will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorised access attempts. Using this directory — and relying on any information you find here — is entirely at your own risk.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent Indian law allows, SeekerDesire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — including our directors, employees, and partners — will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind. That covers lost revenue, lost data, damage to reputation, or anything else that flows from your use of the platform or your interactions with independent advertisers.

Even in a scenario where we were warned that damages might occur, our total liability to you is capped at whatever you actually paid us for advertising services over the preceding twelve months. No more than that.

Indemnification

If your actions on SeekerDesire lead to a legal claim against us, you agree to cover our back. Specifically, you'll indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeekerDesire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and our team from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs that arise from:

• The way you used the platform.
• Anything you posted — ads, profile content, messages, all of it.
• Your interactions with other users or advertisers, whether online or in person.
• Any breach of these Terms or of applicable law on your part.

Account Termination

We can suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account whenever we see fit — with or without advance notice. Reasons might include a violation of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, a legal requirement, or anything else that, in our judgement, warrants action. Closing your account doesn't erase any rights or obligations that already existed before the termination took effect.

Law & Disputes

Indian law governs these Terms. If a legal dispute arises between you and SeekerDesire, it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before either side files anything formal, we'd both prefer to sort it out through honest, good-faith conversation first. Litigation should be a last resort.

When We Update These Terms

The law evolves. Our business evolves. These Terms will, too. We'll revise them as needed, and the current version will always live on this page. If you continue using SeekerDesire after we've published changes, you're agreeing to the updated terms. It's that straightforward.
